This technology has significant advantages such as high heat dissipation capacity, low energy consumption and excellent temperature uniformity, and can be widely applied to key fields such as next-generation GPU/CPU liquid cooling accelerator cards, data center servers, high-power power electronics and radio frequency chips.

In January 2026, Far East Electric has won a contract of over 10 million yuan for iterative computing power chip-related testing equipment from a major US AI company, with continuous growth in business volume and scope. The landing of this iterative computing power chip-related testing equipment marks another leap forward step for Far East in connecting the integration chain of electric energy and computing power. Relying on the technical and channel advantages of its core power business, Far East has deepened its layout in the field of AI and computing power, further promoted the deep integration of power equipment and AI computing power technology, and built new development advantages.
