The shortcomings of traditional wiring harnesses in bandwidth, lightweight design, anti-interference and other aspects have become increasingly prominent, making it difficult to meet the demands of high-level intelligent travel scenarios and becoming a key bottleneck restricting the intelligent upgrade of vehicles. Far East Electric's high-speed cables specially designed for automotive electronic systems support transmission rates from 100Mbps to 10Gbps (e.g., up to 1Gbps for BroadR-Reach standard), which is dozens to hundreds of times higher than traditional CAN bus (1Mbps) or FlexRay (10Mbps), fully meeting large bandwidth requirements and significantly improving real-time data processing capabilities.

Compared with traditional copper wiring harnesses, aluminum busbars and rods inherently have the advantages of light weight, fast heat dissipation and low cost, and are more suitable for automated production and compact space layout. Through innovative unique conductor formulations, advanced bending processes and protection technologies, Far East has precisely addressed the shortcomings of aluminum conductors in electrical conductivity efficiency and mechanical strength, ensuring that the products achieve 40% weight reduction and 30% cost reduction while maintaining performance comparable to copper conductors. Currently, this solution has been mass-supplied to many well-known automakers, helping them resolve core cost conflicts, boosting vehicle energy efficiency upgrades, and precisely meeting the mandatory standards for NEV power consumption limits.

Energy replenishment efficiency has now become a key lever influencing users' car purchase decisions and the last "threshold" for the popularization of green travel. The implementation of the "Three-Year Doubling" Action Plan for Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Service Capacity by six national ministries and commissions has pressed the "fast forward button" for the upgrade of the energy replenishment network. The large-scale application of liquid cooling technology is becoming a core breakthrough for efficient energy replenishment, driving the vision of "charging as fast as refueling" into reality. Far East Electric's independently developed megawatt-level liquid-cooled high-power charging pile cables break through the traditional power bottleneck through high thermal conductivity cooling liquid circulation, with a single gun maximum output current of 1500A and support for 1500V high voltage. The power is more than 3 times higher than traditional products, enabling the ultimate experience of "5 minutes of charging for 600 kilometers of driving range".
