Far East has fully mastered the mass production technology of multi-functional composite copper and aluminum foils. The AI computing industry is now witnessing explosive growth. The large-scale deployment of 800G/1.6T optical modules, 224Gbps high-speed interconnection and new-generation megawatt-level AI server clusters has made high-frequency and high-speed PCB substrates a key bottleneck restricting the performance of computing hardware. As a core consumable enabling stable transmission of high-speed signals, ultra-low profile copper foil has become an indispensable "invisible gold" in the computing power industrial chain.

With years of accumulated R&D experience in electrolytic copper foil, Far East entered the copper foil technology track in advance and keeps optimizing high-performance copper foil products tailored for AI servers, high-speed switches and advanced optical modules. Our self-developed 3.5μm ultra-thin lithium copper foil is merely one-twentieth the thickness of a human hair. The ultra-thinning process realizes weight reduction and efficiency improvement. When applied to power batteries, it directly boosts energy density by 5–9% and cuts copper consumption cost of battery cells by nearly 50%. Compared with 8μm copper foil, the adoption of 3.5μm copper foil can reduce usage cost by almost half. Featuring extremely low surface roughness, it can significantly mitigate signal transmission loss caused by the skin effect in high-frequency scenarios such as 5G communication and AI servers.

Riding the dual growth momentum of new energy and computing industries, Far East New Material R&D Center focuses on cutting-edge new materials and continuously tackles core lithium battery substrate technologies. We have built three major product lines: the Longling high-elongation lithium copper foil series, the Longjia high-tensile lithium copper foil series, and the Yunjin composite current collector series, achieving phased technological breakthroughs in two core fields: high-elongation & high-tensile lithium copper foil and composite copper-aluminum foil. At present, the company has fully mastered the large-scale mass production process of multi-functional composite copper foil and composite aluminum foil.
