Far East Electric closely follows the national new infrastructure strategy, focuses on the R&D and implementation of AIDC (AI Data Center) scenario-based solutions, builds full-stack solutions, and comprehensively meets the operation needs of modular data centers throughout their entire lifecycle. Relying on its own technical and resource advantages, the company steadily promotes the upgrading of related products and services, contributing to the high-quality development of the industry.

On May 6, the first phase of the Wuxi Computing Power Equipment Industrial Park project officially commenced, and the new modular AIDC ecosystem project was signed simultaneously. Du Xiaogang, Secretary of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee, attended the event; Jiang Feng, Mayor of Wuxi, delivered a speech; Jiang Xipei, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Far East Holding Group, was invited to attend and participate in the groundbreaking ceremony.

Upon completion, it will become the country's first new modular AIDC innovation demonstration base. Through integrated, prefabricated, and mobile high-performance computing infrastructure solutions, it will significantly improve computing power supply levels and comprehensively lead the innovation of the computing power industry development model. The commencement of the Wuxi Computing Power Equipment Industrial Park is an important initiative for Far East Electric to deploy digital new infrastructure, as well as a responsibility commitment for the enterprise to root in the local area and empower the high-quality development of regional industries.

With the large-scale implementation of the digital economy, data centers are no longer just simple computer room carriers, but core hubs supporting AI training, cloud computing scheduling, and mass data storage and transmission, imposing unprecedented high standards on cable transmission performance, power supply stability, and system compatibility. The new generation of AIDCs faces three core transformation requirements: first, the exponential growth in computing power demand; second, the in-depth restructuring of technical architecture; and third, the fundamental change in value logic. Anchoring the "Electricity + Computing Power + AI" strategy, Far East Electric builds a full-stack solution covering "power supply - power transmission - high-speed interconnection - liquid cooling heat dissipation", forming differentiated advantages. It deploys products such as high-speed copper cables, liquid cooling plates, and optical fibers and cables for data centers.

A high-speed and reliable data and power transmission network is the core cornerstone. Far East Electric has proactively laid out the high-speed copper cable track. Relying on its self-developed PCIe GenX series high-speed copper cables, it has achieved a leapfrog breakthrough in transmission rate of 64GT/s and total bandwidth of 256GB/s, with energy efficiency increased by over 30% compared with mainstream industry standards. The products can easily support high-density and high-frequency data interaction requirements such as GPU cluster model weight synchronization and NVMe storage array parallel reading and writing, while significantly reducing energy consumption and heat dissipation losses, saving millions of dollars in annual operating costs for intelligent computing centers.

Meanwhile, heat dissipation pressure caused by soaring power consumption is a challenge faced by the new generation of AIDCs. Traditional air cooling technology is difficult to support high heat density deployment of cabinets, and liquid cooling technology has become an inevitable choice. Far East Electric innovatively proposes an integrated solution of "bionic manifold microchannel cold plate + thermal interface composite material", accelerating technology implementation through industry-university-research collaboration, achieving a leapfrog improvement in heat dissipation performance. Compared with the极限 heat dissipation capacity of 1000W of mainstream single-phase cold plates in the industry, this solution can fully meet the heat dissipation requirements of GPUs with power exceeding 2000W while consuming lower pump energy. It also has advantages such as low energy consumption and excellent temperature uniformity, and is compatible with advanced packaging processes, showing potential for large-scale application.

The efficient operation of computing power is inseparable from high-speed and stable communication interconnection, which requires rapid data interaction with other nodes and terminals, imposing extremely high requirements on communication bandwidth, transmission rate and stability. Far East has deep experience in this core track related to the security and development of the digital economy. It has built a solid industry barrier with five major advantages: ALL IN AIDC all-optical interconnection track, independent R&D and production of the entire optical fiber and cable industry chain, leading edge in hollow-core optical fibers, large-scale verification by global leading CSP customers, and rapid capacity expansion at home and abroad. Since 2024, it has achieved a mature production capacity of 300 tons of RIC optical rods and 10 million core kilometers of optical fibers annually, and has continued to expand production capacity in 2025. Focusing on AI computing power and high-end communication needs, the company has broken through a number of "bottleneck" technologies and formed a full-scenario high-end optical fiber product system.

In the future, Far East Electric will take this cooperation as an opportunity to continue to deepen its presence in the AIDC electrical field, focus on the core needs of modular data centers, continuously improve solutions, strengthen technological innovation and scenario implementation, and持续 empower the high-quality development of China's computing power industry with professional electrical products and efficient services.
